We offer honest straight forward and simple advice to our clients at affordable prices.

We do not at the moment offer legal aid but you can opt for your fees to be based on our hourly rate of between £185 – £350 or a fixed fees rate which will be negotiated based on services and on our client’s financial circumstance.

Ancillary Relief applications that relates to family matter are in the region of £2,500 – £10,000

Price may increase upto £20,000 where access located abroad are involved

Our average estimated cost for managing the divorce and financial split is in the region of £3,000 – £15,000 although complex divorce/dissolution cases could skyrocket to over £25,000, in such cases CV Brooks will issue our client’s interim bills and may request such bills to be settled in stages. Our legal costs excludes court fees of £593 (subject to change) to file a divorce application.

Average cost where couples agree for our collaborative service is between £8,000 and £15,000.

We also offer Financial Assets Negotiations services in the region of £5,000 – £20,000

Probate matter that relate to Inheritance Issues is in the region of £10,000 – £20,000 (although we can enter a CFA by taking a percentage if we believe that it is a straight forward matter and considering the client’s financial circumstance).

Parental Responsibility Applications that will include Contact Order and Specific Issues Orders from £2,500 – £10,000 Our fees exclude court, Court attendance / Counsel fees. The legal cost of attending court on family matter, in England and Wales is estimated between £15,000 – £25,000 although these costs can be higher.
